Situated in the heart of Santanyi, within arms reach of the islands best beaches, this stunningly restored 17th century Mallorcan jewel is the perfect rural sanctuary.

Can Ferrereta comprises three painstakingly designed buildings that have been restored to preserve the legacy of Mallorcan architecture. Large, extensive grounds with impeccable landscaping where the past and present mingle harmoniously. Sophisticated simplicity breathes peace into the generous, rural spaces of a former family home. Can Ferrereta has 13 rooms and 19 suites. As a result of their original architectural details, individual design or the contemporary art decorating them, every room is unique. Their high ceilings and radiant natural light make them especially spacious and bright. Some come with a terrace and/or private garden, views of the pool or the traditional Mallorcan courtyard.

The Details

What makes it Kobu

An impeccable collection of art with works chosen especially for Can Ferrereta by the Soldevila Ferrer family. Works by artists such as Jaume Plensa, Joan Miró, Guillem Nadal, Miquel Planas, Jordi Alcaraz, Riera i Aragó, Manolo Ballesteros, Santiago Villanueva and Bárbara Vidal, among others, decorate the mansion’s many different spaces.
Can Ferrereta is part of Santanyí’s cultural heritage. That is why the original structure and character of the Mallorcan manorial architecture have been kept. Both the Soldevila Ferrer family and the prestigious local architect’s studio that has accompanied us on this marvelous adventure are obsessed with seeking the essence of traditional buildings.
