What makes it Kobu

Design at Reschio extends beyond architecture, landscape, gardens and interiors. It is having the vision to ensure beauty and joy is in absolutely every aspect of the estate. Custom-made marble washstands, finest linens, bespoke furniture, intricate stucco work – all is laid, built, hand-stitched and formed by a remarkable team of local artisans, some of the finest working in Italy today. Designed by Benedikt Bolza, each item is made to order using local resources. Stunning and practical pieces that work with the natural beauty of Reschio and lean on the incredible library of history of furniture design of the last hundred years.

Always working with nature, following the contours of the land and using indigenous plants to create outside spaces to be used at any time of the year and all is stitched-in with the landscape to ensure the overall vision is a masterpiece. From elegant avenues of cypress and umbrella pines, to shady loggias, ornamental stonework and neat rows of vineyards, we work with owners to create the kind of outdoor spaces you’ll find hard to drag yourself away from.
