COMO Parrot Cay is a Caribbean private island resort in the Turks and Caicos—an archipelago of eight principal islands and more than 40 smaller cays, of which Parrot Cay is one.

Book

Parrot Cay, part of the Turks & Caicos archipelago, was once an uninhabited island before the COMO group built this beautiful private island paradise in 1998. This secluded tropical escape has everything you want, from incredibly delicious food to luxurious spa treatments at the fabulous Como Shambala spa, miles of bike paths, and two tennis courts. You can even plant your coconut tree or visit one of the most extensive banana plantations in the Caribbean. The island’s natural beauty and well-rehearsed service create the perfect atmosphere to breathe, slow down, and enjoy every moment.

The Details

What makes it Kobu

At COMO Parrot Cay, our Turks and Caicos island hotel finds the ideal balance between a relaxed, beach house aesthetic and a soothing contemporary style. Keith Hobbs oversaw the light-filled look of COMO Parrot Cay. Combining the colonial and contemporary, Keith created whitewashed interiors furnished with soft, white, cotton-covered chairs, and teak furnishings.

The island’s 1,000 acres include pristine white beaches and the opportunity to experience first-hand the rhythms of the natural world with no cars, pollution or streetlights. COMO Parrot Cay is home to the largest private coconut and banana plantation in the Turks and Caicos, where the fruits are grown to be used by their culinary team. This is part of COMO's effort to engage in sustainable practices for a healthier planet by reducing the need for importing what can be found locally.
