The Details

What makes it Kobu

After 30 years of neglect, new life was given to the spaces, the objects found and the memories of the times of activity of this old sale, skillfully integrated into the architectural project by Atelier RUA.

This old sale and tavern "on the road", started its activity in 1917. It was for decades an important place for the exchange and sale of regional agricultural products, as well as, a dynamic hub of the social life of the people of the region, still very present in the memories of the elderly, the “famous balls” of Cumeada.
