What makes it Kobu

The hotel has contemporary Scandinavian pieces and a selection of classic furniture from the 1950s. The lamps are heavily influenced by the industrial style. We have selected pieces that stand the test of time thanks to their careful attention to craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. You can also find French lamps from the 1950s and designs by Le Corbusier, as well as lighting from the 1960s by Miguel Milá. In short, a selection of brands that prioritise minimalism, timelessness and, above all, functionality.

Plácido y Grata looks after the individual wellbeing of each of their guests, as well as the wellbeing of the environment that surrounds us. That is why they make responsible use of air conditioning, water and electricity consumption, waste management and recycling.
