We invite guests to leave behind preconceived ideas of a luxury hotel and embrace meaningful, authentic experiences and deeper human connection.

The Details

What makes it Kobu

Son Blanc Farmhouse Menorca, Spain.
Architects, artisans and engineers have come together to painstakingly renovate and convert what was left of the 19th century abandoned farm and give it new purpose and structure. Not only integrating it with its natural surroundings, the construction was carried out to limit its environmental impact with the use of local and natural materials every step of the way.
Our chefs are inspired by what land and sea offer them. Their creativity sublimates these ingredients and, through primitive methods such as smoking, char-grilling, pickling or drying, bring them to one’s plate in a flourish of vibrant taste and colour. Options on the menu are kept simple but change often depending on the crop or catch of the day. We are grateful for good meat and fish, however it is the plant-based creations that have a leading place on our board.
