Project Ö – Finland

Hanko, Finland, POA

For the first time ever, Project Ö will be available to rent in 2022. A supremely well thought out space to stay, located on a 5-acre private island in a Finnish national park.

This previously uninhabited island is an off-grid, self-sustaining place which has been transformed into a paradise with everything and anything you could need. Nothing has been forgotten here.

What makes this Kobu?

What makes this Kobu?

The Sustainability

Solar panels keep the lights on, and the surrounding sea provides purified water. Cleverly, the hot water is a by-product of the wood-heated sauna, making this the destination of sustainable dreams.

The Remote Location

It’s not often you can find a space that is this secluded, but so well created. It’s nigh on impossible to fault anything at this destination. Expect outdoor cooking, boating to the other islands, mouthwatering food and saunas. Truly, a once in a lifetime experience.
