The lovely people at Topas Ecolodge work closely with their local community and listen to their needs. Most of the staff here is made up of local community members, many having received education and training here. Using profits, Topas also supports the local school to ensure the next generation benefits from the lodge.
Apart from boasting their very special permaculture garden, the hotel operates on wholly renewable energy, and electricity is kept to a minimum (no that means you can bring your hairdryer). Waste is recycled or responsibly disposed, and single-use plastic is only used when essential.
Topas Ecolodge is a small lodge situated on a beautiful hilltop deep in the mountains of Hoang Lien National Park. The bungalows overlook Ban Ho valley, Thanh Kim village and Mt. Silverstone in the Hoang Lien mountain range. The modern Nordic-style interiors are rustic and simple, and each comes with a private balcony, gracing you with awe-inspiring views in every direction.
