# KOBU

> KOBU is a creative studio specializing in commissioned photography for hospitality and high-end real estate. The studio creates distinctive visual libraries for hotels, residences, and developments worldwide, built for launches, campaigns, PR, sales, and ongoing brand use.

KOBU's commissioned work combines an editorial eye with a deep understanding of architecture, atmosphere, and place: architecture, interiors, dining, wellness, staff, and lived moments, photographed across early and late light. Engagements are structured around what the images need to do: focused campaign sets, complete property libraries, multi-property portfolio programs, and partnerships with PR, marketing, and creative agencies. Commissions run from discovery through delivery: creative alignment and shot-list development, fully produced shoot days with art direction and professional capture, individual retouching and brand-aligned color grading, and a ready-to-publish library, typically delivered within three to four weeks of the final shoot day. Owned channels are licensed for thirty-six months; paid media and broader rights are quoted separately. KOBU accepts commissions worldwide.

The editorial side of kobu.co (Hotels, Villas, Retreats, and the Journal) is the studio's curated index of design-forward hospitality, hand-selected for architectural and aesthetic point of view. Listings are inquiry-only (no booking engine). Properties photographed by the studio are marked "Shot by KOBU."
