On Our Radar: Sleep Retreat – A cocoon of rest and relaxation

From a yogic sleep Yoga Nidra session led by Rob da Bank, to breathwork coaching and Yin Yoga. Retreat into a gong bath and be led on a walking meditation, all set to a somnambulist soundtrack. Yes this is Sleep Retreat, a cocoon of calm thats gently popping up at a host of festivals and events around the world where the aim is based around one thing: unwinding. Sounds like just the thing we need.
