Nestled in the sleepy Apuglian village of Salento, this charming four-bedroom villa is a true Italian escape. Its muted textured walls and understated decor mirror the slow (yet lively) pace of life on the streets just outside.

The noble palazzotto has been lovingly restored by Studio Andrew Trotter and Marcelo Martínez. They took time to carefully preserve the house's historic features while providing just the right balance of twenty-first-century updates. Having kept most of the original floors, the nonna’s kitchen, and the internal doors (two being 300 years old), Casa Soleto has all the charm and character you would expect of a house from the seventeenth century.
