The 77 hectares of the estate are perfectly integrated with the agricultural landscape surrounding Torralbenc, with 14 intended for vineyards and a cellar, where the owners produce their own-label wine.

Torralbenc is a traditional Menorcan farm that has been renovated into luxury accommodation and cellar, respecting the rich heritage and archaeology of the area. It comprises a set of white-washed farm buildings dating from the 19th and early 20th century that were used in the past for farming tasks and that have been carefully restored to recover the essence of the architecture and the natural environment surrounding it.

Strolling around, you will come across typical features of Menorca’s countryside, such us old threshing floors, stables, traditional country houses or even the traditional dry stone walls, which were formerly used to separate plots. Furthermore, Torralbenc hosts archaeological remains that date back to the second century BC. Among them are the taulas, T-shaped Talaiotic constructions unique of Menorca.

In the restaurant, Torralbenc uses local and home-made products such as our wines, oils, vegetables and poultry eggs. Furthermore, the owners are strong supporters of the 0 KM Product policy. According to this, they work with local suppliers in order to reduce gas emissions produced by transportation, minimizing waste and supporting job creation in Menorca.
