Nestled in 2 acres of private olive grove, built with tufo stones and painted with the 'scialbatura di calce' ancient technique, the house blends local tradition with modern minimalistic architecture. The property includes a main body with a living room, and dining area with a separate kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and separate entrance, complete the property. The first one is situated in a spacious modern annex, and the other is in an intimate ancient lamia with a barrel vault.
