The Barracuda's cuisine concept is the perfect fusion between traditional Bahian cuisine and contemporary Nordic simplicity.

Barracuda is a tribe of creative people, united with a love of nature and with the joy of hosting and meeting new people in a lifestyle that has become a project to be shared. 16 years ago a group of Swedish friends got to know Itacaré and fell in love with the beauty and local culture, still really preserved. This eclectic group, formed by hoteliers, businessmen, sportsmen and artists, got together with Juliana Guioto and a native of itacare, Daniel Lima, to accomplish the dream of building a hotel and a house under the same roof, through the creation of Barracuda Boutique in 2013.
