The Mayans had some pretty far-out ideas of wellness. Some of them have been adopted at Be Tulum's spa. The pre-Hispanic indigenous treatments and rituals are all designed to cleanse the body and spirit. None funkier than the Temazcal ceremonies held on a full moon. This Mayan sweat-lodge style ceremony is healing, purifying journey and truly fantastic experience.
