She passionately sources and fills Monteverdi’s kitchens with only the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Chef seizes every opportunity to take advantage of the abundance that surrounds our village – from the world-class wines in the region to the finest products from small family farms that dot the Tuscan landscape.

The Monteverdi Art Gallery is a place for important international artists to exhibit new works during short residencies in Castiglioncello del Trinoro. These artists, more often found exhibiting in museums such as Tate, London, MoMA, New York, LaCMA, Los Angeles, Centre Pompidou, Paris, and MAXXI, Roma, many of whom have represented their countries at the Venice Biennale, come to Monteverdi Gallery for a brief respite, to try out new ideas and share their work and thoughts with us, in our intimate gallery space.
