Athenian architect Dimitris Pavlou has masterfully restored this once uninhabitable ruin into a serene residence in the heart of Athens. From its curated selection of mid-century furniture to its backyard spa sanctuary, this Neoclassical gem is the perfect Athenian hideaway.

Originally the house of a prominent Athenian family of the 19th century, it is built entirely of stone and features decorative plaster finishes and an imposing central staircase leading to the upper floors. It was renovated between 2020-2022 by Studionoh architectural practice to emerge as a fully equipped contemporary residence with respect to its history and elegance.
