Hotel âme is designed with a passion for the conscious and modern traveler and housed in a monumental building from 1867 with a beautiful architectural soul. By keeping most of the old elements, they created a place where past and present gracefully meet—inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics - with natural materials and colors, bespoke furniture, and attention to detail.

The owners of hotel âme carefully curated this experience: from the design and branding down to the service and dining. Inspired by the ease of Japanese and Scandinavian design, interiour design studio Barde vanVoltt designed bespoke furniture for their 14 rooms and café/concept store using natural materials and a peaceful color palette.

Enjoy your favorite coffee at the terracotta bar in Hotel âme’s café, or get some much-needed rest in one of the bedrooms. Each room features elegant display stools, an oak timber bed with matching closet and is finished with Farrow & Ball bone-colored walls.
