As you arrive down a dusty road, between 600 olive trees in rows as far as the eye can see, you'll find this sun-drenched, contemporary Puglian farmhouse.

Book

Masseria Moroseta was born from a falling in love: for a unique land, for a clear sky, for scents that open the heart, for simple flavors, as simple as love is, the real one. Built with local materials and traditional techniques, the modern architecture is influenced by the Masserie of the past. Immersed in five hectares of centuries-old olive groves organically managed, the Masseria encloses relaxation and rural simplicity. Enjoy the views from its perch above the Adriatic Sea, indulge in cooking classes, or stroll the streets of the timeless towns nearby.

The Details

What makes it Kobu

Since the vegetable element is at the center of the culinary experimentation, the Masserie has considered it fundamental to dedicate a part of our land to the biodynamic cultivation of vegetables and aromatic plants, privileging ancient and autochthonous cultivars.

Masseria Moroseta has all the tradition of the forms and spaces of the most typical farms of Apulia: the blinding white, the sheltered courtyards, the arches, the cement, the stone. All this is combined with respect and love for the environment, thanks to the energy of the sun and modern green building techniques used.
