Dating back to the 17th century and for many years the private residence of the Marquis Manodori, Roncolo 1888 is result of an attentive restauration carefully preserving the heritage of the past. A dream getaway from busy daily lives, this timeless, peaceful place has a unique location in the centre of the Food and Motor Valley in Emilia-Romagna, between Parma and Reggio Emilia.

Located at the heart of Emilia, in the foothills of the Apennine mountains between Parma and Reggio Emilia, the Tenuta Venturini Baldini is an avant-garde agricultural estate. Since the beginning focused on sustainable farming, the estate has been certified organic since 1994, shortly after the legislation on organic production came into effect. Today the estate produces award-winning organic wines, balsamic vinegar and olive oils, as well as being home to the Wine & Balsamic Relais Roncolo 1888.
