Book

The Rooster is built within a 30-acre land of hills, ruins, rocks, and dunes above Livadia, a magical, unspoiled beach. Superbly camouflaged 16 private houses are built to blend and not to interrupt. This building structure creates a respectful feel towards the islands’ aesthetic and heritage. Sharing elements such as evergreens’ smells, nature’s sounds of the salty wind, glimpses & portraits of the tranquil and wild majestic sea, and the colorful sunset pallets of the sky.
